Kennels are solely allowed within the agricultural preservation zone (City Code 151.030) and require the approval of a conditional use permit. Paperwork and care estimates are now being accredited within the parking lot, and staff members are transferring animals into the hospital, sporting particular protective gear to keep them protected from the potential of human-to-human switch of the coronavirus.
