A lady who apparently picked up stray cats in Delaware and Maryland and kept dead animals in her freezer – claims she is in the rescue business. They did not even inform me of this, and to make it worse when I complained that why would they use it on an animal that they know has troubles with getting sensitive to vaccines without asking me first, they stated no mention of her getting sensitive on her file!!
